Classical ballet is any of the traditional, formal styles of ballet that exclusively employ classical ballet technique. It is known for its aesthetics and rigorous technique (such as pointe work, turnout of the legs, and high extensions), its flowing, precise movements, and its ethereal qualities.

Ballet promotes physical strength and agility, boosts concentration, develops an understanding of music and rhythm and generates a love of movement. Whether your child is 5 or 15, she/he can benefit from age-appropriate ballet instruction.

PARENT & ME

A wonderful way to connect with your child, understand his/her world, abilities, limitations, and build trust.

Classes are taught based on our "Creative Movement" principals and philosophy accompanied by a parent or guardian from beginning to end.

Dancing with your child establishes a bond based on trust and support, allowing them to feel more confident in their self-expression facilitating both motor development and the cultivation of sociocognitive abilities.

Another key aspect of interactive dance is MUSIC and RHYTHM, prescribed as medicine by many doctors to restore harmony to the human mind, body and soul, promoting quality of life and managing psychological distress.

Classes can be customized to child's needs and goals.

"What matters is not how difficult the movement is...
It's how much of yourself you put into it to make it happen."
